SITE MIXED CONCRETE
The materials needed for making concrete, including sand, cement, aggregates, water, fiber, color, and other chemicals, are stored separately in compartments within the concrete mixing truck.
Once the truck arrives at the construction site, the operator sets the appropriate ratio of ingredients required for the job, and the mixture is prepared for use.
The truck mixes a fresh batch of concrete in the exact quantity needed, which allows for maximum early strength and helps to achieve the desired PSI level rapidly.
With this approach, the freshly mixed concrete is always of optimal quality and consistency, ensuring the best possible results for the project.
